A. Passengers can enjoy a sanitised and aesthetic ambiance while waiting at the station which is otherwise a noisy and crowded area.

Q2. Where is Executive Lounge located?

A. The Travel Club Lounge is located on Platform No. 1, First Floor, Near Gate B ( II Entrance) opposite of Car Parking Area.

Q3. How can we reach Executive Lounge?

A. Executive Lounge can be reached from the 2nd Entrance from the Roadside. Passengers coming from Platform 1 can see above the Exit Gate of 2nd Entrance. Passengers coming from the Center FOB can see the premises Entry Gate.

Q4. How can one book Executive Lounge?

A. Seats in Executive Lounge can be booked in advance through Mail, Phone Call, & Online. Online Booking is available on following websites:

Q5. What are the rates and services offered at Executive Lounge?

A. The rates of Executive Lounge are as Follows. Entry Fee for 2 Hrs. Rs. 150.00 (Exclusive of Taxes) per person. Services Included in the Entry are as follows: Services included in the entry fee:-

  • 1.Two hours stay
  • 2. Free Wi-Fi
  • 3. Soft beverages (Tea/ Coffee/ Refreshers)
  • 4. Newspaper and magazine reading
  • 5. Train Information Display
  • 6. TV
  • 7. Toilets and urinals

b) Meals per person exclusive of all taxes:-

  • 1. Buffet Breakfast Rs.150.00
  • 2. Buffet Lunch/Dinner Rs. 250.00
  • 3. All Day Buffet Rs.150.00
  • 4. Ala Carte Menu Rs.150.00

c) For each extra hour or part thereof after initial 2 hours: Rs. 50/per person (Exclusive of all taxes).

d) Wash & Change Facility: Rs. 150.00 ( Exclusive Taxes) Bath Kit and changing room facility

  • 2. Print: Rs. 15.00 per page

  • 1. Use of Recliner Chair and Entry Rs. 400.00 ( Exclusive Taxes);
  • 2. After Every Hours additional prices @ Rs.250

Q6. What should we carry while visiting Executive Lounge?

A. One photo identity proof issued by Govt. like PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar card, Driving License etc and valid train ticket either reserved or unreserved.

Q7. Who can stay at Executive Lounge?

A. Any bonafide Railway passenger can stay at Executive Lounge.

Q8. Are debit/credit cards accepted at Executive Lounge?

A. All Visa & Master Cards, Amex Cards are Accepted, Bhim App, Special Offers for ICICI Credit Card Holders.

Q9. At which Railway stations do we have Executive Lounge other than New Delhi Railway Station?

A. At present, Executive Lounge is being operated at Agra Cantt and Jaipur Railway Stations other than New Delhi Railway Station.

Q10. How is the time duration of stay in the Executive Lounge measured/calculated?

A. Records Maintained at the Reception.

Q11. What are the rates applicable for children?

A. Children below 3ft of Height have a complimentary entry. Above 3ft of Height is treated as a regular customer and charges are as applicable.

Q12. Can we stay at Executive Lounge while travelling for marriages or in groups?

A. Yes, Please call the reception for advance booking or for further details.
