IRCTC Ginger Hotel Terms & Conditions

• 1)Most of the hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement for the Christmas eve and New Year's eve on the stay during respective periods. Besides, other special supplements may be applicable during festival periods such as Diwali, Dusshera etc.
• 2)One Twin Room or a Standard Room can accommodate maximum two adults.
• 3)1 child below 12 yrs of age is permitted in the room without extra bed.
• 4)Extra bed is not permitted
• 5)AVAILABLE NOW complimentary wi-fi at Ginger New Delhi (Rail Yatri Niwas).
• 6)You must be 18 to check in to this hotel.
• 7)Standard Room contains one queen size bed and Twin Room contains two single beds separated. All rooms have A/C installed.
• 8)Your credit card is charged the total cost above at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
• 9)Failure to check into the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay at the hotel being charged to your credit card.
• 10)The charge for the same as applicable at the hotel would have to be cleared directly at the hotel.
• 11)IRCTC shall not be responsible for any such additional charges levied by the hotel other than the room charges.
• 12In case of increase in tariff during the special festivals season, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
• 13Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose viz. Driving License, Voter ID, Passport and Aadhar card.

• 1.Kindly contact the Hotel for the early or late check-in and check-out policies and charges.

• 2.However in case of your non-arrival at the designated time we shall hold your reservation for up to 2 hours.
• 3.At the end of 2 hours, we consider that you are not arriving and release your reservation.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy:

• 1.Prior to 24 Hrs of Check-in, no cancellation or amendment charges will be levied on the customer.
• 2.Less than 24 Hrs, 100% of Room Tariff will be levied on the customer as retention.
